The race in Joe's words

 

​I’ve always wanted to go back to Race Around Ireland. 2018 was the 10th anniversary, which catapulted me back to 2009 when I rode to raise funds for a children’s cancer charity in honour of all those who had helped my son with his battle. Ross had passed his 10-year mark of being cancer free so the time seemed right to roll up, one last time, to the race that started the most fulfilling chapter of my career.
