Le Mans, the iconic racetrack, is a fun place to ride a bike for 24 hours! I brought in a nutritionist I had worked with before to overhaul my performance nutrition in a controlled environment. I was well up in the overall when a freak rainstorm hit and I crashed at speed going through one of the wide bends.
