XeNTiS carbon wheels are made of Formula1-tested carbon material and 100% handcrafted in Austria. 

 

All wheels are fitted with a unique RFID chip that contains wheel information such as origin and manufacturing specifications.

 

Aerodynamics are improved with the XeNTiS active TURBULATOR  (wave like design that minimises air resistance).

 

The patented BRAKE surface ensures top performance in wet and dry conditions plus no wear-out on the brake surface.

 

The rolling characteristics of XeNTiS wheels simply have to be experienced. Each wheel is harmonically balanced using an integrated tachometer magnet (no magnet in SQUAD 2.5).

 

All XeNTiS wheels are UV protected using an attractive clear-coated surface finish.

The ASYMMETRIC RIM PROFILE  means that the spoke tension left and right is almost equal which supports lateral stiffness of the wheel while ensuring optimal power transfer. 

 

Due to the TUBELESS READY system all XeNTiS clincher wheels are ridable without an inner tube. Because of the special rim base the tyre fits perfectly to the rim flange.

What payment methods can you accept?

 

We can accept bank transfer in both Euro and Sterling depending on your location.

 

We will also accept payment through Paypal.

How will my wheels be delivered?

 

Shipping is free of charge. 

 

Depending on your location Joe will personally arrange for your XeNTiS wheels to be delivered, using the most effective method.

What is the XeNTiS return policy?

 

All returned items must be sent back to Team Joe Barr, unused and in their original condition. Team Joe Barr reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 10 days have expired then unfortunately, Team Joe Barr are unable to accept your return.

You must only use the designated shipping instructions relayed to you by Team Joe Barr. This process will be administered on a shipment by shipment basis. Team Joe Barr will email you to notify whether your return has been accepted and process your refund to your original payment method.

 

Once you’ve received an email confirming your refund, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear back into your account.

What happens if I damage my wheels?

 

It is important that once you receive your XeNTiS wheels you register them at https://xentis.com/product-registration/.

 

As soon as you register, you become a part of the XeNTiS Crash Replacement program for original owners and profit from the following benefits after sending back your crashed wheel:

40% discount on a new XeNTiS wheel during the first year

Are all manufacturer's drive trains available?

 

Yes. XeNTis wheels are available with fittings to suit all drive trains - Shimano / SRAM 10/11-Speed and Campagnolo 11/12-Speed.

Are all wheels available with multiple tyre fit options?

 

Yes. XeNTiS wheels come in clincher fit, which are tubeless ready and in tubular fit.

Are all wheels available in either rim brake or disc brake compatibility?

 

Yes. Both brake systems are available.

What is the difference between the SL and the RACE versions of the 2.4, 4.2 and 5.8 SQUAD wheelsets?

The RACE versions will particularly appeal to those entering the high level wheel market with a budget in mind. Most of the design features remain the same however the choice of materials reflect the difference in price. Rims are manufactured using 3K  v UD carbon, the front and rear hubs are still DT Swiss quality but the 350 v the 240 version. 

 

When it comes to the balance between budget and performance, you can be reassured that the RACE version delivers both.
